The wait is over. Servers go live this Friday at 20:00 CET. Three weeks of pre-registration, two months of closed beta, one chronicle to rule them all.
Overview
After three weeks of pre-registration and over 18,000 unique players hammering the open beta, the gates of the Samurai Crow Edition finally open this Friday. Servers come live at 20:00 CET, with rate boosts active for the first 72 hours and a launch siege on Sunday night.
This patch ships with everything we promised in the chronicle preview: rebalanced Olympiad scoring, the new Aden castle siege rotation, three new raid bosses with custom mechanics, and a clan-wide buff system that rewards coordinated play over solo grinding.
What's new
- castleAden castle siege rotationFour territories on a 14-day cycle, with new wall-defense mechanics and upgraded siege engines.
- military_techOlympiad scoring reworkWin streaks now multiply the points awarded — and dagger classes lose 12% PvP damage in arena fights only.
- groupsClan-wide buff systemHeroes grant a passive buff to every clan member online, scaling with hero count up to a cap of three.
- swordsThree new raid bossesFrintezza, Antharas the Younger, and the Pale Crow — each with mechanics designed to break solo strategies.
“If your clan can't coordinate, you won't see Aden. That's the bet we're making with this patch.”
Balance changes
Daggers were dominating both Olympiad podiums and open-world ganking by every measure we tracked in beta. The 12% PvP damage cut applies in Olympiad and siege zones only — PvE damage is untouched. We're watching the data and will adjust within two weeks if needed.
Live events
The first 72 hours come with global rate bonuses, but the real fun starts on Sunday: a launch siege with prizes for every clan that holds territory at the end of the night. We've doubled the seasonal Olympiad rewards for chronicle one to celebrate.
Looking ahead
Patch 1.1 lands two weeks after launch and brings the Hellbound expansion. Patch 1.2 follows in late May with the first Olympiad season finale. Beyond that, we're committed to weekly hotfixes and monthly content drops — that's the L2 Myth promise.
See you in Aden, warrior.
